Finance Director [US Trading & Servicing Company | $2m]

A US MNC is hiring!
Duties:
  • Partnering MD of HK & Macau on all strategic and financial matters. Evaluate acquisitions, investments, capital expenditure, divestitures, mergers, or the sale of assets to ensure they are financially viable
  • Contribute, lead and perform tasks necessary to achieve HK & Macau’s strategic plans
  • Participate in feasibility studies for new business opportunities. Responsible for all Group’s financial, finance, treasury and cash flow management functions to ensure they meet business objectives and are conducted in accordance with regulations and accounting standards, including financial reporting to Headquarter
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies and procedures that align with the Group business objectives
  • Lead and manage the budgeting and review process with long term projection
  • Establish and ensure adequate internal controls are in place
  • Ensure regulatory and tax compliance with timely submissions to relevant authorities
  • Liaison with internal and external auditors

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree Holder and CPA Qualified
  • At least 12 years of experience
  • Dynamic, positive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong stake holder management
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
