Head of administration - Corporate Bank

A fastest growing foreign bank is looking for Head of administration to oversee the administration team.

Your new role
  • Manage team’s administrative works, include all files maintenance, reporting records, training records & team’s events etc.
  • Oversees office work and administrative duties include photocopying, document scanning & binding, maintenance, office cleaning, safety and security
  • Ensure office operations, the mailing team, research team, storage team and facilities team are properly maintained
  • Manage operating budget of department, and staff performance & business result analysis.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Organize meetings, appointments and other client-related logistics.
  • Other assigned tasks.

What you'll need to succeed
  • University Degree Holders
  • 10 years or above in office administration field
  • A good team player, with strong interpersonal and communication
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
