Your new company
My client is one of the leading multinational insurance company with strong presence across Asia markets. They are now looking for a seasoned Head of Corporate Communications in Hong Kong to lead a team of marketing talents to further uplift the corporate communication strategy.

Your new role
As one of the key stakeholders in marketing department, you are responsible to develop and enhance corporate communication strategy across all business units by leading a team of specialists working closely with CEO and CMO. You are not only required to drive and initiate effective internal/external communications among different stakeholders but also able to perform crisis management and establish trusted relationship and enhance corporate image by delivering successful PR strategy and building a stronger relationship with media and press. Besides, you will take charge of planning ESG blueprint aligning with business goals and facilitate potential partnerships.

What you'll need to succeed

• 15 years of relevant experience in corporate communication
• Hands on experience of team management and crisis management are preferable
• Excellent languages skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Good understanding of financial services
