Our client is currently seeking an experienced and an ambitious candidate to oversee Contact Center Operations throughout the business.
Your new role
You will be responsible for all aspects of call center management. Functions will include telemarketing, customer service and partnership development. You lead a large team of contact center staff and ensure KPIs and SLA are met. You will also oversee projects within market strategy and operational improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have at least 10 years experience within the Insurance Industry, with a strong foundation in operational improvements, call center management and project management. Executive level communications in English and Cantonese is ideal.
