Our clients are tier one bank & trustee that provide financial custody services to clients in Hong Kong and China. They are now looking for Operations candidate under their Fund & Custody services.

Head of Fund Operation/ Custody Operation 70k-90k

Your new role

• You will lead a team to perform and monitor settlement & clearing, corporate action event cycles, FX and Cash management and reporting.
• Prepare operations manuals for the team and ensure the control areas are properly carried out
• Monitor the operation of various settlement systems, including CCASS, SWIFT, CMU, Euroclear
• Coordinate and participate in various IT Project and UAT relating to the enhancement of the in-house custody system

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in custody settlement/ corporate action within the banking industry
• Knowledge in NAV & Fund Accouting is preferred
• Familiar with custodian business is a must
• People management experience
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
