Key Responsibilities: Sales
l As a leadership role manage a retail store with whole retail sales and operation team, team size of 10.
l Formulate the business planning and execute the brand strategies and programs to maximise revenue, business growth and brand equity;
l Maintain strong relationship with valuable customers, architects and designers and other stakeholders;
l High sensitivity to client’s expectation and loyalty. Lead the retail sales teams to provide with guarantees excellent customer service, ensure customer unique sales experiences in whole sales process.
l Drive revenue by developing new direct customers and alternative sales channels;
l Proactively explore, identify and develop a clear understanding of the business / sales opportunities and client requirements, identify new up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and be able to articulate internally and externally;
l Work with Marketing Team with in-store display, hospitality, events/activities and maintain a set of philosophy of our brand perceptions for customers.
Operations and Team management
l Enhance operational efficiency;
l Overseeing daily store operations including sales targets, KPIs, housekeeping, staff training and skills development, complaints handling, etc., in accordance to standards and requirements;
l Strong leadership skill, train up and provide guidance to sales team to motivate achievement of individual and company’s sales target.
l Develop and maintain good relationship internally and externally with customers, suppliers, consultants, contractors and attend business related functions.
l Preparing sales analysis, sales budgets, sales plans
l Regular reporting and meetings with Sales Directors and Management.
l Monitor the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports and finance information;
l University degree holding in Business, Sales and Marketing, or related disciplines, MBA would be highly preferred;
l Minimum of 15 years’ sales experience major in high-end Kitchen and furniture design with at least 5 years’ experience in team leader position;
l Proven track record in achieving business objectives and profitability targets;
l Experiences major in luxury retails industry is a must.
