- Manage a team of 20 to provide trade support and operational controls across a wide range of products for various trading desks including Equity Derivatives, Interest Rate Swap & FX/MM and Fixed Incomes for their HK Market Business.
- Oversight operational tasks and responsibilities including trade capture, validating, confirmation, reconciliation, margin call, clearing and billing functions.
- Analyse existing workflow and propose changes to the trade management process in order to develop and build awareness of the department's policy and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor Degree in the related field.
- 15+ years of working experiences in middle office and operations in Banking or Brokerage firm.
- 5+ years of managerial experience.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
