What you'll need to succeed
Good Desktop / laptop hardware (Lenovo & MacBook)
Good knowledge desktop / laptop accessories including wireless headset (Jabber)
Deep Win 10 enterprise knowledge
Strong knowledge on the front-end operation and M365, Edge Browser / MS Teams
Apple iPhone / iPad setup with Intune MAM and MDM
Knowledge on relationship with Active Directory / GPO and user desktop and laptops
Familiar with collaboration tools (MS Teams, Zoom)
able to work independent
good interpersonal skill to work with managers, users and teammates
strong ownership and responsible for work quality
desk side project experience
Solid experience working in international banking or insurance industries is preferred
