L1/L2 Technology support role with focus on desk side

What you'll need to succeed

  • Good Desktop / laptop hardware (Lenovo & MacBook)
  • Good knowledge desktop / laptop accessories including wireless headset (Jabber)
  • Deep Win 10 enterprise knowledge
  • Strong knowledge on the front-end operation and M365, Edge Browser / MS Teams
  • Apple iPhone / iPad setup with Intune MAM and MDM
  • Knowledge on relationship with Active Directory / GPO and user desktop and laptops
  • Familiar with collaboration tools (MS Teams, Zoom)
  • able to work independent
  • good interpersonal skill to work with managers, users and teammates
  • strong ownership and responsible for work quality
  • desk side project experience
  • Solid experience working in international banking or insurance industries is preferred
