Your new company
Our client is a well-established Financial Institution is looking for a Helpdesk Support to join their team.

Your new role
  • Provide level 1 support and troubleshooting on server software, hardware and network
  • Fulfil user requests in priority and follow up incident in timely manner
  • Assist in IT project coordination

What you'll need to succeed
  • 2+ year experience of Helpdesk Support will be a plus
  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • Hands-on experience in Win10, Active Directory and Lotus Notes will be a plus
