What you'll need to succeed
You will act as a team leader for the Group Centre of Excellence (COE) under the department of Organisational Development & Talent (OD&T) and define the key people priorities for the Talent Management practice area
Talent Acquisition: Work with the Recruitment and Onboarding Centre to develop Employee Value Proposition; attracting and retaining talent within HR and GBA areas.
Learning & Development: Develop learning frameworks to support the continued skills and capabilities development , provide further Talent Solutions.
Performance Management: Establish a suitable performance management framework for employees, monitor and optimise the strategy
Career Development: Develop the appropriate Career development strategies, frameworks and related tools to support company's transformational projects.
Succession Planning: Develop the Succession Planning Framework and processes for the Group in line with the current and future needs based on the business model transformation agenda.
HiPo Talent Management: Lead the Hi-Po identification and development processes through working with the business leaders and talent partners, including annual talent reviews.
Organisational effectiveness, change management, culture and engagement: Work with the HR, ERP and Transformation Office to provide specialist input in areas of culture and engagement
Essential Experience for this Role
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Change Management Related disciplines
Minimum 15+ years working experience in human resources, transformation projects, OD&T
Preferred candidates with background in sizable company, consulting firms
Candidates with proven track record in implementing programs and managing key HR processes across multiple businesses is highly preferred
Experience in system transformation/implementation is a bonus
Adaptive, can-do attitude, a convincing leader, presentable
