Talent Acquisition Manager (Listed Co |HK$850k base)

Job Duties
  • Work closely with the hiring managers and HR in order to devise and implement tailored, fit-for purpose talent acquisition approach to address future business and hiring needs.
  • Establish effective talent sourcing strategies in both current and new talent acquisition channels, including agencies, vendors, industry bodies, universities, social platforms and professional network, to build pipelines of potential applicants across both HK and GBA areas.
  • Plan and coordinate the overall interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, shortlisting, assessments, interviews and reference checks, leveraging technologies (ERR or other tools) as appropriate to improve the overall efficiency and ensure a positive experience for both the candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Work with the hiring managers and HR to create and confirm job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
  • Support and execute the overall employer branding activities and recruitment marketing (EB&M) to reach the targeted talent pools and attract the right candidates.
  • Organise job fairs and recruitment events (online, new generation oriented) as ambassador to build and enhance employer brand in the targeted talent markets
  • Develop, monitor and achieve talent acquisition related SLAs and KPIs to monitor the quality of deliverables and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirement
  • Minimum of 8 years of TA experience required
  • Experience from engineering industry and GBA recruitment exposure is preferable
  • Recognized University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Information Technology or other relevant disciplines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work with different levels of employees
  • Experience in using online platforms such as Linkedln Talent Solutions, WeChat or Google For Jobs to proactively source candidates.
  • Resourceful and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Strong work ethics with high degree of integrity
