Work closely with hiring managers and HR to implement tailored talent acquisition to address business needs
Establish effective talent sourcing strategies in current and new channels across HK & GBA area
End to end recruitment procedures
Support and execute employer branding activities
Organise job fairs and recruitment events
Requirement
Minimum of 8 years of TA experience required
Experience from engineering industry and GBA recruitment exposure is preferable
Recognized University degree in Human resources management or other relevant disciplines
Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work with different levels of employees
Resourceful and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
Strong work ethics with high degree of integrity
