We are partnering with a global insurance company and they are looking for a HR manager within their shared service team.
Your new role
This position reports into the Senior Human Resources Manager.
- Supervise HR Officer to manage day to day activities in Hong Kong and other regional offices including payroll & benefits administration, pension administration, staff movements, employee data etc. Ensure the processes are in compliance with local ordinance.
- Work on/ support the team lead on HR projects
- Support C&B processes including staff budget, annual salary and bonus review, benefits review, salary survey & benchmarking etc.
- Analyze data and produce reports and statistics to show and anticipate trends for management to make informed decisions
- Assist in constant review of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and corporate guidelines
- Perform other job-related duties including CRS activities
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years HR operations experience with at least two years in managerial level, preferably gained from financial industry or MNC
- Experience in C&B or regional exposure is an added advantage
