Set up, drive and manage the HR Shared Services Centre (SSC) in HK including defining the operational model, process design and improvement, systems of work and technology, team leadership and talent management.
Coordinate the HR activities of assigned area with other departments. Organize work processes, methods and procedures; establish and monitor controls to evaluate unit performance.
Ensure high standard of delivery
Ensure that all HR reports are timely prepared and submitted to senior management
Works closely with HR leaders to ensure alignment and implementation of workforce strategies, actively leveraging HR metrics and analytics to support data-based decisions.
Proven track record in leading a sizable HR team
At least 10 years of working experience with focus on HR service delivery, HR Operations, Payroll & HRIS management in sizeable multinational organizations.
Rich experiences managing HR optimization projects, preferably involved in the design and set up of share services centre / COE
