Be the Project Manager to manage and coordinate HR change & operating mode transformation projects
Provide strategic insight on different initiatives
Partner with different HR section leaders to set budget, resources, roadmap and execution plan for projects
Track and report project progress to management
Engage leaders to drive and embed initiatives
