Your new role
This position reports into the Human Resources Manager. Your responsibilities will include
  • Partners with Local Business Unit HR in anticipating, understanding, and addressing their people strategy support needed from Group HR. Share expertise and provide guidance on key initiatives
  • Support Regional Business Partner to review Local Business Units People Strategy and monitor implementation
  • Partner with the Local Business Units on special projects tied to our people strategy, to be jointly led by Local HR and Group HR/RBP
  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and personal support to the Management
  • Arrange Board meeting including notify member and keep record of Board attendance
  • Maintain and prepare board minutes
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties
  • Perform ad hoc assignment

What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Around 10 years relevant HR solid experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
