We are partnering with a PRC bank and they are looking for a HRBP.
Your new role
This position reports into the Human Resources Manager. Your responsibilities will include
- Partners with Local Business Unit HR in anticipating, understanding, and addressing their people strategy support needed from Group HR. Share expertise and provide guidance on key initiatives
- Support Regional Business Partner to review Local Business Units People Strategy and monitor implementation
- Partner with the Local Business Units on special projects tied to our people strategy, to be jointly led by Local HR and Group HR/RBP
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial and personal support to the Management
- Arrange Board meeting including notify member and keep record of Board attendance
- Maintain and prepare board minutes
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties
- Perform ad hoc assignment
What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Around 10 years relevant HR solid experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
