Our client is looking for a high caliber to join their team for the business expansion.
What you'll need to succeed
Provide all-round HR activities including end-to-end recruitment function
Handle all daily People operations and provide professional support to all People matters
Partner with General Manager on people-related matters. Drive open and direct communication to deliver the best solution/path.
Design and implement career management and succession plans that align with management needs
Help drive execution of annual People processes/programs: performance management, talent assessment and reviews, employee engagement surveys etc.
Responsible to organize employees’ activities to promote a positive organizational culture
Ensure labour laws are complying and serve as best practices for the People team
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management
What you'll get in return
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
Experience in food manufacturing industry is a big advantage
Familiar with local labor ordinance
Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese
Confident, independent, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good knowledge on HR functional skills with strong business acumen is an added advantage
