- Provide all-round HR activities including end-to-end recruitment function
- Handle all daily People operations and provide professional support to all People matters
- Partner with General Manager on people-related matters. Drive open and direct communication to deliver the best solution/path.
- Design and implement career management and succession plans that align with management needs
- Help drive execution of annual People processes/programs: performance management, talent assessment and reviews, employee engagement surveys etc.
- Responsible to organize employees’ activities to promote a positive organizational culture
- Ensure labour laws are complying and serve as best practices for the People team
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management
What you'll get in return
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Experience in food manufacturing industry is a big advantage
- Familiar with local labor ordinance
- Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese
- Confident, independent, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge on HR functional skills with strong business acumen is an added advantage
