Your new role
The role will be supporting the Fundraising and Investor Relations team in client-facing activities with the responsibility of preparing marketing materials, organizing roadshows, and servicing a broad array of clients from large institutions to high-net-worth individuals

• Assist in the preparation and development of fundraising materials including:
  • Quarterly marketing pitchbook
  • Customized client presentations
  • Performance data analysis and benchmarking
• Support the Fundraising and Investor Relations team with fundraising:
  • Prepare, track and co-ordinate distribution of offering materials
  • Prepare DDQs/RFPs and manage the data room
  • Organize marketing roadshows and onsite due diligence sessions
• Participate in general client service activities:
  • Answering client inquiries
  • Organizing quarterly update calls with Senior Management team and Global Sales
  • Planning and coordination of AGM and LPAC events
• Work closely with Senior Management team on ad-hoc projects

What you'll need to succeed

• 2+ years of related experience within the Financial Services industry
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English, another Asian language is a plus
• Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit and is willing to assume additional responsibilities
• The ideal candidate has a strong interest in the private equity market as well as an understanding of the private placement and fundraising process with institutions and individual investors
• The candidate has to be detail oriented, mature and professional. He / she should be deadline driven, accurate and able to handle confidential information with the utmost respect
