IT Executive (Insurance sector)
Our client has a new hiring to support the HK office.
Responsibility
Requirement
- Provide first-line support to staff to resolve computer software and hardware and other infrastructure related problems such as network, voice telephony and security
- Support the team to deploy new IT projects
- Contact and coordinate with hardware or software vendors for service if necessary
- Manage SharePoint / File sharing folder creation and user access
- Maintain IT Ticketing and inventory asset
- Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by managers
Requirement
- Degree or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
- At least 3 years' relevant experience preferably MNC environment
- A team player with problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
