IT Helpdesk Analyst

Our client in Banking is looking for an IT Helpdesk Analyst to join their team!
Your new role
• Assist in the implementation of branch-level local and regional projects by collaborating with multiple departments.
• Perform software and hardware installation and upgrade and provide a high level of service to all PC users of the Branch.
• Support Support the team in ensuring that both project and BAU activities are maintained within agreed service level.
• Provide support for all PC hardware and software, and PC assessment management.
• Provide IT Support disaster recovery activities.

What you'll need to succeed
• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technologies or related disciplines
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in banking environment
• Good technical understanding of installing and maintaining PC hardware and software applications
• Good organization skill and attention to details.
• Good communication skill and English proficiency
