Key Account Manager - Hardline

A leading industry player looking for a Hardline BD Manager
The company
We represent one of the leading Lab Test company (TIC) in Hong Kong. They are expanding on their accounts on International Testing, Training, Inspection, Consulting and Certification business. This opportunity is a Business Development Manager - Hardline role, and we are seeking an experience yet driven and energetic personality who enjoys developing relationships and business with clients.

The new role
  • Build and maintain effective long-term business relationships and sales base with current and assigned customers with good program management,
  • Key contact window with global customers: maintain timely, effective, professional contact with customers at all times
  • Identify and develop opportunities to up-sell and provide complete solutions to assigned clients, lead the development, implementation and follow up of new services or procedures,

What you’ll need to succeed
  • Engineering degree holder in mechanical, electrical or other discipline,
  • At least 5 years’ experience in account management or customer technical services,
  • Experience in consumer testing laboratory will be an advantage, Knowledge of hardline products and regulations will be an advantage,
  • Self-starter, positive thinker, well organized, excellent social, presentation and negotiation skills,
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
