Our client is a world-leading international advanced medical platform. Based on the areas of immune cell storage, their medical group takes cellular therapies as the core and cellular drugs as the dominant product. They are dedicated to hire a Laboratory Director for their daily operations.

Your new role

• Developing and maintaining the laboratory by following the PIC/S GMP, AABB international standard.
• Formulating standard operating instructions for laboratory.
• Supervising QA and QC of cell products.
• Giving training and assessment to laboratory technicians.
• Monitoring and documenting the laboratory supply chain.
• Day-to-day management of the laboratory.
• Assisting on marketing planning and business strategy by providing scientific advice and information.
• Providing consultation and holding seminar to potential clients and investors.
• Responsible for cell therapy related R&D.

What you'll need to succeed

• PhD in Medicine or Biology or cell therapy related majors.
• 10 years or more of relevant work experience in laboratory.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skill.
• Good command of Chinese, English, and Mandarin
