Your new company

Our client is a Hong Kong reputable conglomerate who has established a diverse and sustainable integrated business model over the years. They are currently looking for a mid to senior level IT lawyer with excellent credentials to support their expanding team here in Hong Kong.

Your new role

• Draft and review IT commercial contracts, NDAs, and legal documentations with minimal supervision
• Provide legal advice for daily operations, new business initiatives
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, and company policies & procedures are followed
• Negotiate terms in order to protect the interest of the Company
• Liaise with external counsels or stakeholders on various corporate issues
• Handle ad-hoc projects and legal tasks assigned from time to time

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified lawyer with 5 to 10 years PQE
• Solid experience in IT legal matters gained from international law firms or sizeable corporations
• In-house experience is highly preferred
• Independent, strong interpersonal skills
• Good command of both English and Chinese
