Our client is a retail company in APAC. They have a new hiring to lead the IT service delivery team.
Your new company
  • a retail company with business across APAC.

Your new role
  • Manage 1st and 2nd line IT service centre with over 20 members
  • Define KPI and SLA to meet ITIL standard
  • Settings goals and objectives to improve team performance
  • Bring in new products and services that could improve the effectiveness and efficiency of help desk operation

What you'll need to succeed
  • Familiar with ITIL standard to fulfil SLA
  • Familiar with help desk policy, standards and procedures
  • MCP, MCSE will be definitely advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
