Our client is a retail company in APAC. They have a new hiring to lead the IT service delivery team.

Your new role
Manage 1st and 2nd line IT service centre with over 20 members
Define KPI and SLA to meet ITIL standard
Settings goals and objectives to improve team performance
Bring in new products and services that could improve the effectiveness and efficiency of help desk operation
What you'll need to succeed
Familiar with ITIL standard to fulfil SLA
Familiar with help desk policy, standards and procedures
MCP, MCSE will be definitely advantage
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
