Our client is one of the leading wealth management company. For their business progression, they are now looking for Manager, Pension Operations to join their Hong Kong office.
Your new role
- Review and update pension’s daily operations
- Conduct the workflow and operations enhancement
- Response for management internal and external stakeholder enquiries
- Perform training and coach for new joiners and staffs
- Support system enhancement and project corporation
- Ad hoc assignment
What you'll need to succeed
- More than 10 years of pension service experiences and 3 years managerial experience in insurance or investment related
- Knowledge in regulatory compliance, operational requirement and workflow
- Strong in MS Office, knowledge of excel VAB would be a advantage
- Excellent in both written and communication in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Candidate with less experience would be consider as assistant manager
