Manager/Senior Manager - UX Design
Looking for an UX Design Manager who is passionate to drive digital initiatives with leadership experience.

Our client is a global insurance company with strong vision in driving digital transformation within the company.
Your new role
- Create sketches, wireframes, screens and low fidelity digital designs as needed.
- Provide and contribute to user experience/ UX design reviews and/ or delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
- Access product managers and engineers to help define product requirements.
- Communicate concepts with storyboards, wireframes. Guide design and development with high-fidelity photo-type.
- Work with product development team. Integrate user feedback and data analysis into ongoing product experience enhancement.
What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant degree in design or related field
- With 5+ years working experience, with a previous managerial role in XD/ UX/ Service design
- A great eye and a passion for customer-centric and aesthetic, pixel perfect design
- Experience in designing new digital propositions in line with overall Client/ User experience goals
- Success in delivering effective design solutions
- Able to understand customer needs to design a good customer journey
- Good communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders
