Your new role

• Prepare investment proposals for M&A transactions and conduct due diligence exercise
• Prepare financial models and valuation analyses on deals
• Liaise with BUs on transaction execution, ensuring all transactions are compliant with the Group’s policies
• Prepare finance reports and make recommendations thereon for management consideration
• Conduct competitors’ report

What you'll need to succeed

• 6-10 years of relevant working experience with solid exposure in handling M&A or corporate finance
• Big 4 TAS trained is also welcome
• Well-developed financial modelling skills with strong analytical mind
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
