Your new role

Position: HR Business Partner/ Generalist/ Talent Acquisition (1-year renewable contract, 20k - 40k)

  • Provide full spectrum of support in HR team
  • Support end-to-end recruitment process such as job advertisement posting, CV screening, interview and meeting coordination, etc
  • Support on-boarding and off-boarding logistics, HR reporting, performance management processes, etc
  • Assist in HRIS, system implementation
  • Perform ad hoc assignments

Position: HR Assistant (native Mandarin speaker) (1-year renewable contract, 17k – 20k)

  • Schedule and coordinate interview arrangements, receive candidates, shepherd around with interviewers, follow up interview results
  • Update interview pipeline information, including the internal HR system and other web bases
  • Responsible for the administration and maintenance of the current HR information system
  • Assist in the campus and internship recruitment process

Position: HR shared service Associate (1-year renewable contract, 20k - 40k)

  • Provide full spectrum of support in HR Shared Service team
  • Assist in conducting data analysis and preparing various HR reports
  • Support onboarding and offboarding arrangement, HR documentation, employment visa application, employee benefit and HR policies, etc
  • Maintain employee record and HR information system
  • Perform ad hoc assignments

Position: HR C&B Associate (1-year renewable contract, 20k - 40k)

  • Provide full spectrum of support in C&B team
  • Provide administrative support in various areas of human resources, including payroll & MPF, leave & attendance
  • Prepare salary proposal for new hires
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and HODs to ensure consistent implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Analyse data on wages and salaries and the cost of benefits

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Working experience in Human Resources, preferably from banking or sizable organizations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese
