We are partnering with a global pharmaceutical company and they are expanding rapidly in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Office Manager cum Executive Assistant to join their team.
Your new role
This position reports into the Senior Vice President. Your responsibilities will include
- Leading the Office Administration department to provide the full spectrum of office administrative support to the company in a professional manner and ensuring day-to-day office operations are running smoothly in our Hong Kong, Singapore, United States and China Offices
- Monitor all-round office administrative general duties, such as monthly billing and payments, office equipment and furniture procurement and maintenance, stationery ordering, courier, company car license renewal etc.
- Handle office lease management, office renovation, relocation projects and seating plan arrangement
- Take the lead in travel arrangements at the corporate level and providing solutions for travel cost control
What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
