Our client is a world-renowned coffee house chain. To support their rapid growth, they are currently hiring an Operations Director to lead the day-to-day operations of 120 chain stores in Hong Kong.

Your new role

• Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
• Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
• Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback
• Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
• Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation
• Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
• Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
• Revise and formulate policies and promote their implementation
• Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analysing and interpreting data and metrics
• Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations

What you'll need to succeed

• 5-10 years management experience in F&B industry
• Experience in working in Global F&B Chains is preferred
• Bachelor degree holder in any discipline
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese including English
• Strong planning and organization skills
• Mature, independent with excellent interpersonal, effective communication and coaching skills
• Enjoy discovery and taking on a diverse set of tasks and challenges
