Your new role

As a part of a growing team, you will be working to drive productivity, value and impact. You will be driving digital transformations to optimize the HR function, plan and execute projects to deliver strategic value to the business. You will be communicating with clients, identifying their pain-points and solving problems objectively with analysis, experience, and judgement.

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience in Management Consultancy, Digital, Change, and Organization Transformation (operating model and organization design, learning and development, change and project management)
- Proven record in workforce planning, change management, organization design, talent management and engagement planning, post-merger integration
- Excellent communication skills and analytical skill
- Experienced in leading large and complex projects in a sizeable organization.
