[New Headcount] In-house position looking for junior paralegal, up to 25K

Your new company
With a strong presence in the Asia market, our client is an experienced product manufacturer and distributor that headquartered in Hong Kong. Due to the rapid expansion, they are seeking a bright legal candidate who is looking to join a stable and sizeable business.

Your new role
  • Draft and review various legal documents and general commercial contracts
  • Handle trade mark portfolio and maintain records
  • Conduct research on laws and regulations in different regions across Asia
  • Liaise with other business units to resolve legal issues
  • Assist in handling ad hoc projects or campaigns as assigned

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor Degree in Law or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years of experience from law firm or sizeable corporation
  • Experience in handling commercial contracts and trade marks is advantageous
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Fresh Graduate will also be considered
