Responsibilities
Our client is one of the leading global lifestyle brands to offer customizable tech accessories. They are currently hiring a Paralegal role who specializes in general commercial legal matters in different regions across the world.

• Review and draft commercial contracts and other legal documents such as licensing, marketing, services and leasing agreement
• Closely communicate with headquarter on handling daily legal matters to comply with corporate requirements
• Conduct legal research as requested
• Provide translation on contracts/agreements where necessary.

What you will need

• With 3 years experiences in contract review and drafting
• Regional experiences will be a plus
• Degree holder in Legal or related disciplines
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
