Payment Operation Specialist, Private Bank
A European Private bank is looking for a Payment Operation Specialist to join their well established team
Your new role
- Work as a Maker, handle day-to-day payment operations including inward/outward remittance transactions
- Handle cheques processing
- Provide day to day support to the Marketing Team
- Prepare various periodical reports
- Conduct compliance checking of payments
- Handle remittance enquiries
- Provide excellent services to customers and in-house departments
- Assist in adhoc projects and programs as assigned
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor Degree holder in a related field
- 7+ years of working experience in payment operation, ideally in the private banking sector
- Good knowledge in SWIFT and RTGS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese Cantonese and Mandarin
