PE Sponsor, FI / Relationship Manager

My client is a worldwide foreign bank, looking for an experienced and ambitious corporate banker to maintain the relationships with international and regional banks.

Your new role

• Solicit new business from PE Sponsor and Financial Institutions (LBO Deals)
• Prepare the credit application and analyse of each deal structures.
• Maintain LBO loan assets portfolio in growth
• Draft the facility documents and review the legal documents

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Relationship Management
• Strong skills of loan documentation, accounting, credit and legal knowledge
• Proficient in English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferred
