Global insurer looking for candidates with experience in pension administration to join the team in Hong Kong.
Your new role
- Handle daily pension administration including but not limited to member enrolments, contributions, terminations, and group changes, in accordance with internal approved procedures, policies and local ordinance and regulations
- Provide customer service on verbal and written enquiries related to pension process
- Assist on UAT and other ad hoc projects
- For candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager and will be expected to coach juniors
What you'll need to succeed
- With hands on experience in pension administration in insurance industry
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Familiar with Excel and Word
- Immediately available is highly preferred
- Junior candidates with experience in administration and customer service in insurance or financial service industry are welcome to apply
