Your new role
Fully responsible for managing large scale (Blue Chip) projects from conceptual stage to construction stage, ensuring project completion within satisfactory quality, cost & time. This is a consulting role where you will engage clients, contactors and 3rd parties and represent your clients interests.


What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Architecture or related background.
• At least 5 years working in consultancy firm or studio
• Registered Architect with HKIA/ RIBA.
• Authorised Person preferred
• Experienced in managing and supervising large-scaled prestigious projects especially in high-end residential development from start to finish will be highly beneficial.
