You will be working with a global leading healthcare company. To further expand their business in the Hong Kong team, they are now looking for a bright candidate to join their marketing team.
Your new role
Responsible for APAC regional marketing activities in assigned products. To lead, plan and execute the marketing strategy and activity.
- Accountable for the strategic plan that maximizes patient impact and the financial objectives for the product
- Execute marketing plan in a correct direction through timely cross-functional
- Coordinate with the regional team for brand plan apply to APAC regions
- Conduct market research to understand the market and competitors to collect more information and adjust the strategic plan for the product
- Lead the portfolio team, monitoring its effectiveness and performance and collaboration with Sales and Medial departments to achieve business objectives
- By designing and implementing promotional materials
- Plan and manage the annual budget
- Build long term relationships with key account customers and external stakeholders to gain new insights and ideas
What you'll need to succeed
You will need 3 years' marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industries:
- An excellent understanding of product strategy and good commercial acumen
- Bachelor degree holder or above, preferred in Science or Business related disciplines
- Strong collaboration working with a wide variety of key stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; self-motivated
- Good command of both English & Chinese language, fluent in Mandarin is a plus
