Our client is an APAC Leading Fashion and Appeal Company and Currently looking for a Production Manager to lead their team Production Team and report to Director

Your new role
  • Manage and lead the Production and Merchandising team of 8+, developing products with the trend and brand direction and commercial targets in both Mans and Women.
  • Develop and formulate production strategies to fulfil buyers’ requirements and delivery schedule.
  • Taking the lead of supervise Production and process improvement with emphasis on the quality and price, governance the performance of vendors
  • Develop and formulate production strategies to fulfil buyers’ requirements and delivery schedule.
  • Continuously striving to achieve highest level of efficiency in areas such as product development, sampling, costing, operations.
  • Act as a strong advocate for product integrity by working closely with functional leaders to uphold quality standards and maintain competitive advantages.
  • Maintain a suitable and efficient supplier base by continuous evaluation of supplier’s capabilities and capacities. Introduce new suppliers where needed.
  • Take a leading role in supplier allocation of all development projects based on service and product needs.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Degree holder in Textile / Fashion / Clothing related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in garment/Fashion industry is a must
  • Strong people management skills and is experienced in leading teams.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of the Garment Production Process
  • Able to work under pressure and embrace challenges within a multi-cultural group.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, self-motivated, responsible, detail-minded, well-organised, team oriented and flexible
  • Good command of English and Mandarin is a plus
  • Occasional Travel is required
