Your new role
Job Requirements:

• Responsible for the day-to-day operation of Production Department
• Prepare and control Departmental budget and expense
• Oversee production lines performance to achieve departmental KPI target
• Participate the planning and implementation of policy with the Food standard
• Procedures in the areas of product quality, manufacturing strategies, manpower and cost control
• Closely communicate with different department to ensure the production is smooth and effective

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree holder, preferable on Manufacturing or related discipline;
• 5+ years of solid hands-on experience at experience at supervisory level in production management
• Working experience in Food & Beverage industry is huge plus
• Knowledge of ISO22000, OHSMS, FIU, ISO45001 and HACCP
• PC Knowledge in Microsoft package and Chinese words typing
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill
