Your new role
As Programme Manager, you will be responsible for driving a broad change agenda with a view to positioning this client for future growth. You will manage a team of 20-30 project managers, BA’s and subject matter experts executing finance change, target operating model implementation, people and process related change and upgrades in technology. Your objective will be to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget and you will be the main link between the programme and C-level stakeholders. The role will initially start on a project basis with a view to extending or potentially converting to permanent

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will have:

• Programme management experience and a track record of delivering business transformation in large multinational organisations
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to support a team on best practice and provide coaching on project management methodology
• Adaptability and a high level of problem-solving skills
