Project Administration / Administration Assistant
Our Client is seeking a Project Administrator/Administration Assistant to join their growing team.
- Office administration – access, onboarding, arrangements of hardware, purchase etc
- Support Manager and team with administration
- Resource onboarding for vendor and management of operations (including access management, hardware arrangements, requests, follow ups etc)
- Small office events arrangements
- Handling emails
What you need to do now
- 1-3 Years work experience in administration
- Experience in Financial services/Insurance/Commercial/Bank will be an advantage
- Candidates who are immediately available to start a new role are highly encouraged to apply
- Experienced in Microsoft office suite – Outlook, Excel, Word
- The ability to work individually and in a team
- Excellent communication in English and Cantonese
