Project Administration / Administration Assistant

Our Client is seeking a Project Administrator/Administration Assistant to join their growing team.

Job Duties:
  • Office administration – access, onboarding, arrangements of hardware, purchase etc
  • Support Manager and team with administration
  • Resource onboarding for vendor and management of operations (including access management, hardware arrangements, requests, follow ups etc)
  • Small office events arrangements
  • Handling emails

Requirements:
  • 1-3 Years work experience in administration
  • Experience in Financial services/Insurance/Commercial/Bank will be an advantage
  • Candidates who are immediately available to start a new role are highly encouraged to apply
  • Experienced in Microsoft office suite – Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Self-learner
  • The ability to work individually and in a team
  • Excellent communication in English and Cantonese
