Project Analyst

Your new role
In this role, the successful candidate will be one of the key point of contacts for the Global Outsourcing Control (GOC) remediation project to ensure consistent adherence with the Firm’s TPRM Framework and with the Asia Pacific regulatory landscape. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and guiding the Business Units and support functions on how to manage Third Party risks and maintain all Third Party arrangements in compliance with the Firm’s internal policies, external rules and relevant regulations on all aspects of the Third Party and outsourcing risk management.

  • Supports the development and management of a detailed project plan, including definition of milestones and deliveries to bring Asia GOC remediation project from initiation to delivery
  • Supports the development and delivery of communications materials, training and guidance relating to the requirements and timelines of the Asia GOC remediation project
  • Develops a good understanding of the Firm’s operations, outsourcing environment, industry knowledge and regulatory changes in Asia, particularly in Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Japan, Australia, India, Taiwan, South Korea and Indonesia
  • Partners with the Business Units and Support Functions to ensure accurate and timely completion of GOC remediation program’s requirement

What you'll need to succeed
  • 3+ years of experience in Big 4 covering Banking or Financial Services organizations
  • Experience with Third Party/ vendor risk management, sourcing, outsourcing or regulatory compliance is a definitive advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good project management skills, including ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams with varied backgrounds and skills
  • Proven ability to influence, train, motivate others and demonstrated ability to enforce accountability to drive results
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin would be an advantage
