Our client is a Hong Kong based real estate company with active commercial projects in PRC including infrastructure, service apartment and shopping mall.

Your new role

• Work closely with Project Team to support overall project tracking
• Valuation of project performance for revenue recognition on timely basis
• Prepare financial modelling for the potential projects
• Consolidate cost data for expenditures controlling and monitor project performance
• Analyze cost data and attend project reviews with Project Team to prepare management reports and business analysis
• Work with PRC accounting team

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related disciplines, with qualification is a plus
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in real estate industry
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizing skill, quality-focused, self-initiative, flexible and result-driven
