Your new role
- Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders to identify process improvements opportunities
- Identify opportunities in operational excellence and make plans to fulfil the group-wide operational excellence targets in terms of man-hour savings, turnaround time reduction, process simplification etc.
- Adopt lean six sigma methodology / concepts for project facilitation (e.g. SIPOC, VSM, Journey Mapping etc)
- Manage projects related to service quality and provide support for business transformation
- Lead a team of Lean Six Sigma specialists
- Conduct training for new joiners
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor degree in a related area
- 8+ years in the banking industry in operation and process re-engineering
- Small team leading / Coaching experience will be an advantage
- Solid working experience in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma
- Proficient communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese Cantonese and Mandarin
