Your new role
- Align technology with business strategy and goals by coordinate software projects
- Has a clear picture of development dependencies, and how changes to one part of a product can affect the stability of the whole
- Works with business leaders, product owners, scrum masters, IT project teams, and operations staff to ensure every release contains the correct features
- Communicates and aligns with product manager and other stakeholders all key release plans, commitments and changes including requirements, scope changes
- Own release schedule and monitors on-going schedule and manage risks/issues related to delivery
- Maintains reporting documentation (Gantt, Powerpoint, Wiki)
- Conducting release reviews and producing implementation plans
- Continuously working on making improvements in the release process
- Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely manner
- Participates in agile ceremonies, might act as deputy for Scrum Master
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or similar disciplines
- At least 5 years of related work experience
- Strong experience in managing software projects and stakeholders
- Effective written and oral communication involving both business and technical sides of the business
- Familiar with SCRUM agile process framework
- Experience in Jenkins, Dockers, AWS, GCP, Confluence, Jira, BigPicture is a plus
- Independent, well organized, responsible, and self-motivated
- Very good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
