Property Manager - Residential Handover Service & CS Focus
A top-tier HK developer with massive Residential Portfolio is currently looking for high calibre candidate who is experienced in Handover and customer services to join and lead the team
Your new role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, You are going to lead the team and make sure the Customer Services quality and handover procedures is align with the company's standard and meet customer's satisfaction:
- Lead the team and ensure a quality services and experience are provided
- Liaise and maintain good relationship with all stakeholders to ensure different the objectives are achieved in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure the units are in good condition for handover
- Evaluate the effectiveness and propose new ideas to strengthen the performance of operation
- Handle complaints cases
What you'll need to succeed
- You must have a Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
- VIP clients / Corporate clients service experience is definitely an advantage, experience within property developer will be ideal
- You must be fluent in both written & spoken English and Mandarin and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to work at all levels.
