Your new role
  • Perform quality control checking for sales processes for the bank's Retail Business.
  • Set out effective quality control framework and monitoring mechanism to ensure frontline is complied with the regulations and standard set by the Bank and regulator.
  • Perform call monitoring to ensure the team is complying control standard and regulatory compliances.
  • Provide regular training and coaching to relevant frontline staffs.

What you'll need to succeed
  • 4+ years of working experiences in Service Quality Assurance or Call Monitoring in the Banking industry.
  • Solid knowledge in SME and Loans products workflow.
  • Post Secondary degree or above with proficient communication skill in spoken and written English and Chinese Cantonese and Mandarin.
