Our client is a Korean PE firm with stable growth. They are currently looking for a receptionist.

Your new role
  • Handle all-round office administrative duties including office supplies procurement;
  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have;
  • Responsible for office machines maintenance and procurement;
  • Coordinate with internal staff and contractors for job arrangements and follow up actions;
  • Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail etc.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • 1-3 years of experiences in administration/ Receptionist
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing (both English and Chinese)
  • Good command of English, Cantonese
  • Able to work under pressure
