Our client is a Korean PE firm with stable growth. They are currently looking for a receptionist.
Your new role
- Handle all-round office administrative duties including office supplies procurement;
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have;
- Responsible for office machines maintenance and procurement;
- Coordinate with internal staff and contractors for job arrangements and follow up actions;
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail etc.
What you'll need to succeed
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- 1-3 years of experiences in administration/ Receptionist
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing (both English and Chinese)
- Good command of English, Cantonese
- Able to work under pressure
