Your new role
- Greet visitors and handling incoming calls and enquiries
- Coordinate with office assistants on daily courier
- schedule company car park and conference room reservations
- Ensure reception area and conference rooms are clean and tidy
- Support administrative task to HR and Office Administration team
What you'll need to succeed
- HKCEE/HKDSE or above with at least 2 years of related experience in receptionist, customer services or office administration function
- Self-motivated, willing to learn, detailed-minded with great sense of responsibility
- Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
