We are partnering with a MNC financial consultancy company and they are looking for a temporary recruiter.

Your new company
We are partnering with a global financial advisory and they are expanding rapidly in Hong Kong. They are looking for a temporary HR recruiter (6-month contract).

Your new role
This role reports to the TA manager. Your responsibilities will include
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the business and our Connections business model to identify, attract, assess and retain talent
  • Enhance strategic partnerships with universities, organizations and student groups using data, company initiatives, and business unit needs as the selection criteria
  • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements
  • Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity

What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • 2 years or above relevant HR solid experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English
  • Preferably with Campus recruitment and graduate recruitment experiences
