We are partnering with a global financial advisory and they are expanding rapidly in Hong Kong. They are looking for a temporary HR recruiter (6-month contract).
Your new role
This role reports to the TA manager. Your responsibilities will include
- Gain a thorough understanding of the business and our Connections business model to identify, attract, assess and retain talent
- Enhance strategic partnerships with universities, organizations and student groups using data, company initiatives, and business unit needs as the selection criteria
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- 2 years or above relevant HR solid experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in both spoken and written English
- Preferably with Campus recruitment and graduate recruitment experiences
